We’ve Been Adopted!

Can you say lucky dog, lucky dog. I couldn't believe it when these two girls were still with us after 4 days. They had even been on TV, so there was a lot of interest. The night they got adopted I figured out why.....they were waiting for there perfect destiny. Along came a lady to Oakwood Plaza and she stopped with her friend to check out the little dolls. She was considering adopting one, but wanted to know more about Beagles....just then a family came up who had a 1-1/2 year old beagle and they told her how wonderful owning one is and yes, that they are talkers.

She had just bought a new house, but still seemed tentative. Well, I told her not to rush into a decision because we want it to be good for the owners and the puppies, so she and her friend went to have dinner. When she came back she said I will take Ali and my sister will take Amber. Boy, was I surprised. I didn't realize they were sisters, too. Obviously, if they picked names they were serious. The best part is they live just a few houses down from each other so the girls will get lots of play time with each other. Two sister with two sisters....that had to be what they were waiting for! Ali will be a handful, she is the adventurous one while Amber is more of a cuddler. Hopefully, we will see them often for updates.
