Bark’s 5th Avenue opened May 3, 2003. Our store is locally owned and operated. It is the creative idea of co-owner/partner Deb Watson. Deb is a commercial interior designer, NCIDQ certified and state registered, with her own firm (watsondesignmi.com). Bark's features local artists, supports area pet charities, and promotes fun community events. Although Ruby, the Watson dog, was the inspiration for the store, our cats wouldn’t forgive us if we forgot about the felines. Both discriminating cats and their “staff” are sure to find the purrrfect item at Bark’s. Equestrians and a variety of other animal lovers will also find special gifts and treats here. |
