My current name is snickers, but my foster mom thinks I should have something with a dignified ring to it

Adopted on 4/7/04!

My name is Snickers. My foster mom says I remind her of a professor when I am just sitting taking the world around me in. It seems to get me out of a scolding so it must be very cute. I am a 14 week old Boxer mix (maybe with beagle), as of April 12. I love people and am very attracted to kids. Although I still have a few accidents, we are making progress on potty training. I am a typical puppy…. energetic, fun, and prone to chew, but cuddling with my foster mom settles me right down. She thinks I am a real clown. With supervision I manage to stay out of trouble, and when mommy is gone or sleeping I stay in my crate. I love to play with Ruby and would do well in a home with other dogs. There are cats here too, but they don’t play with me much, so I just bark at them. I am ready for puppy training classes.

Update: Buster found a wonderful situation. He is living with a very active family. There is a high energy lab to play with, neighbor dogs, and kids. Buster visits the store often and is a bundle of energy, still :) He is one happy good natured puppy and remembers us fondly with plenty of enthusiasm and puppy kisses. We are so pleased he lives close by and visits often. We think he found the perfect home for all of his energy and playfulness. While we were fostering him, we couldn't keep him from crossing the street when the neighbor kids were out. Now he has his own kids!
